How to make egg nog:
The classic egg based alcoholic drink.
N.B. Be careful serving raw egg to vulnerable (i.e. the young and old).





Ingredients

10 egg yolks
4 tablespoons superfine sugar
16 fluid oz brandy
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become light in colour and thickened.
- Make sure that the sugar has dissolved.
- Gently fold in the brandy and serve immediately.
