4 tablespoons superfine sugar
16 fluid oz brandy
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Make sure that the sugar has dissolved.
- Gently fold in the brandy and serve immediately.

Method
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become light in colour and thickened.- Make sure that the sugar has dissolved.
- Gently fold in the brandy and serve immediately.
