2 hard boiled eggs, shelled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons double cream
juice half lemon
salt
cayenne pepper
3oz bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Add 3/4 breadcrumbs.
- Put into one or several individual ovenproof dishes.
- Sprinkle on remaining breadcrumbs.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot or chilled with tartare sauce.

- Mix the crabmeat with the eggs, cream and lemon juice.- Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Add 3/4 breadcrumbs.

- Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 15 minutes.
