How to make cranberry sauce:
The ultimate accompaniment to roast turkey at Christmas and Thanksgiving.


1/2 pint water
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups cranberries
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Wash the cranberries.
- Cook them in the 1/2 pint water until they become a pulp.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the brown sugar until it dissolves completely.
- Beat until smooth.
