When I was a child back in the 1950's a local fish and chip shop in Banwen (Dyffryn Cellwen) made and sold rissoles they were round about the size of a tennis ball. Mr & Mrs Evans who owned the local snooker hall and fish shop have long since passed on, however coincidentally I did meet with their son who is a distant family friend. I asked if the recipe had been kept but alas no. I seem to recall they were breadcrumbed not battered. Does anybody have this authentic recipe. Many thanks. Wyn Jones
