4oz sugar
1 tablespoonful of instant coffee
2 eggs
4oz plain/all purpose flour
pinch of salt
vanilla extract
2oz chopped mixed nuts
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Mix in the coffee.
- Add the eggs.
- Add the flour and salt.
- Mix together well.
- Add a little vanilla extract.
- Stir in the nuts.
- Divide into 24 pieces about the size of a walnut.
- Put on to greased baking sheets giving each cookie plenty of space.
- Bake at 180 degrees C. for 10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
