How to make coffee fondants:
A simple coffee sugar sweet to try.


1 cup fondant icing
few drops coffee essence or 1 teaspoon very strong black coffee
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Warm the fondant in a basin, and then stir in the coffee essence or very strong black coffee.
- Place small balls on to greased baking parchment to dry.
