1/2 cup caster/superfine sugar
1 3/4 cups desiccated coconut
edible rice paper
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Fold in the sugar and coconut.
- Place the rice paper onto a greased baking tray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the rice paper.
- Bake at 335 degrees Fahrenheit (see temperature conversions) for 15 minutes.
- Each cake will have a piece of edible rice paper on the bottom.

The sort of cake that can be whisked up in moments and that is always very popular with children. It is easy to make them even more appealing with the addition of natural food coloring and a glace cherry on top.Ingredients
