How to make coconut fondants:
An simple and interesting fondant based candy to try.





Ingredients

1 cup fondant icing
4 tablespoons desiccated coconut
few drops of natural red food colouring
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Warm the fondant in a basin, and then stir in the desiccated coconut.
- Place small balls of half the mixture on to greased baking parchment to dry.
- Colour the remainder with a few drops of food colouring and make them into balls in the same way.
