How to make coconut flapjacks:
Quickly made and delicious to eat.


4oz butter
5oz self raising flour
5oz sugar
1oz cornflakes
2 1/2 oz desiccated coconut
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in all the other ingredients.
- Mix really well.
- Press into a greased cake tin.
- Bake at 180 degrees C. for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the tin.
- Cut into squares.
