1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons grated chocolate
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
whites of 2 eggs
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Allow the sugar and butter to melt.
- Add the chocolate and boil for 10 minutes, stirring all the time.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat well.
- Add vanilla and nuts.
- Stir in egg whites.
- Beat the mixture until it becomes frothy.
- Pour into a well greased tin.
- Allow to set.
- When almost set mark into squares.
