How to make Chocky Rocky Cake:
A truly delicious virtually no-cook cake that makes and excellent dessert. For real decadence serve with cream.


Chocky Rocky Cake
8oz good plain chocolate
4oz butter
2 tablespoons of golden syrup
4oz Rich Tea biscuits crush into large bits
3oz marshmallows chopped into smallish pieces
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Melt the butter and syrup and chocolate together in a saucepan stirring frequently.
- Put two tablespoons of the mixture into a cup and put to one side.
- Stir the biscuits into the mixture in the saucepan.
- Stir the marshmallows into the mixture in the saucepan.
- Pour into a 1/2lb loaf tin.
- Smooth on top.
- Pour the mixture in the cup over the top.
- Allow to set in fridge.
- Turn out and slice to serve.
