1 1/2 cups cooked spinach
grated rind of 1/2 lemon
pinch of grated nutmeg
seasoning
1 1/4 cups unflavored yogurt
1 cup grated full flavour cheese
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Mix the drained spinach with the lemon rind, nutmeg and seasoning.
- Put the spinach mix into a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Place the chicken on top.
- Mix the yogurt with the grated cheese.
- Spoon the mixture over the chicken.
- Place in oven at 190 degrees centigrade (see temperature conversions) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

How to make chicken Mornay:
A classic dish, ideal for a dinner party.
Ingredients
1/2 lb cooked chicken meat1 1/2 cups cooked spinach

Method

- Place the chicken on top.

- Spoon the mixture over the chicken.
- Place in oven at 190 degrees centigrade (see temperature conversions) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
