How to make chicken in cream:
A simple and tasty way of serving chicken.


4 chicken breasts, skinned and halved
3 tablespoons (1 1/2 oz) butter
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh mint
5 fluid oz double cream
salt and pepper

- Brown the chicken in the butter.
- Season.
- Remove from heat.
- Add parsley, mint and cream.
- Put into an oven-proof covered dish.
- Cook at 200 degrees C. for about 1 hour.
- Turn the chicken over twice during cooking.
