1 large onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups (8oz) button mushrooms, wiped and sliced
1 pint white sauce
2 1/2 cups (10oz) cooked chicken, cut into chunks
medium can sweet corn, drained
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped,
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Cook the onions in the butter until just soft.
- Add the mushrooms.
- Continue cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
- Add the chicken, sweetcorn and parsley.
- Stir in the white sauce and season.
- Heat through.
- Serve with rice.
