Starter - Onion Bhaji with Mango Chutney
Main Course - Chicken Bhuna served with Naan Bread
Dessert - Kulfi
4 chicken breasts chopped into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
8oz onions peeled and chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 large tomato
1 tablespoon malt vinegar
2oz creamed coconut
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Put the onion,garlic,tomato and vinegar into a food processor.
- Blitz until the ingredients form a paste.
- Add the spices to this mixture.
- Put into another frying pan with the remaining tablespoonfull of oil.
- Fry for a few minutes.
- Add to the fried chicken.
- Add the creamed coconut.
- Simmer until the chicken is completely cooked and tender.
- Serve with rice.

How to make Chicken Bhuna:
A very well-known restaurant dish. Bhuna is a delicious dry curry which you can easily make at home.Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
8oz onions peeled and chopped

1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Method
- Fry the chicken in the 2 tablespoonfulls of the oil for about 8 minutes.- Put the onion,garlic,tomato and vinegar into a food processor.
- Blitz until the ingredients form a paste.
- Add the spices to this mixture.

- Fry for a few minutes.
- Add to the fried chicken.
- Add the creamed coconut.
