How to make carrot savoury pudding:
A quick and easy vegetarian supper dish. You can change the ratio of ingredients according to taste.


2 eggs, well beaten
bread crumbs
salt and pepper
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Cook the carrots until tender.
- Put in a blender and blend leaving them fairly course.
- Add half of the bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the eggs.
- Turn into a buttered oven-proof dish.
- Bake at 190 degrees centigrade for about 30 minutes.
