How to make Cardinal beverage:
A very simple citrus punch recipe. Ideal for parties.





Ingredients

1 bottle of sweet white wine
1/2 pint pineapple juice
1 orange
1 cup sugar lumps
ice
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Wash the orange and then rub the sugar lumps over the peel so that the zest is absorbed into the sugar.
- Put the sugar into a punch bowl with the juice of the orange, pineapple juice and wine.
- When the sugar has dissolved serve with plenty of ice.
