How to make Bucks Fizz:
The classic champagne cocktail which is ideal for serving at wedding receptions or any large party. It you can't buy champagne where you live or don't want to spend as much, the orange juice allows you to get away with a cheaper type of sparkling wine.



Ingredients

fresh orange juice
champagne
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Mix equal quantities of orange juice and Champagne.
- Chill in the fridge or serve with ice.

In a post I just made in the Christmas dinner thread I referred to ethics and thought I should expand on that a bit.

Being an advocate of the free-market, I don't agree with government intervention in matters of food except for the most extreme cases. Many argue that battery farming is an issue for the Food Standards Agency. I don't agree. Many people can only afford to eat chicken because it has been battery farmed.
