1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Make deep cuts in the chicken flesh and force in the mustard mixture.
- Put the chicken in a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Mix together the sauce, ketchup, vinegar and oil and pour over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dot with the remaining one tablespoon of butter.
- Cover with foil and bake at 220 degrees C. for 10-15 minutes.

How to make brimstone chicken:
An amazingly easy chicken dish which makes a really impressive main course for a Halloween celebration meal. Just double or treble the quantities if you have guests coming to dinner. Serve piping hot with jacket potatoes and a winter salad.
Ingredients
2 cooked chicken legs, boned1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
