How to make berry muffins:
Use blueberries, raspberries, blackberries - any berry you like or even a mixture. These muffins are moist, fruity and delicious.


2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 cup berries of choice
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Sift the flour and baking powder together into a large basin.
- Rub in the butter.
- Add the sugar.
- Add the milk and berries and mix to a smooth batter.
- Bake in well greased gem pans at about 190 degrees Centigrade (see temperature conversions) for 20-25 minutes.
