How to make barbeque sauce:
This recipe is a variation on the famous barbecue sauce that accompanies outdoor summer cooking all over the world. It is of course great for summer barbeques as a marinade, dip or coating.
Ingredients
1 level teaspoon chilli powder1 level teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/4 pint vegetable stock
Tabasco sauce to taste
