Put 1 handful of oatmeal into a bowl, cover with cold water and leave overnight. Strain off the water and measure it. Add an equal quantity of runny honey. Whisk together. Then add a quantity of whisky equal to the initial amount of water. You can drink this straight away or bottle it. It should be drunk on St. Andrews Day.
