N.B. Be careful serving raw egg to vulnerable (i.e. the young and old).
1 1/4 cups icing/confectioner's sugar
white of 1 egg
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon lemon juice
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Mix with it the coconut and lemon juice.
- Make a paste by adding whipped white of an egg, and leave it for some hours to dry.
- Then make it into balls the size of small marbles, and cover one side of the ball with a piece of fruit.
- Roll in desiccated coconut and leave to dry.

How to make apricot bonbons:

glace apricots to decorate1 1/4 cups icing/confectioner's sugar

Method

- Make a paste by adding whipped white of an egg, and leave it for some hours to dry.
