How to make apple soup:
A refreshing and unusual fruit soup.



Ingredients

4 cooking apples
1 pint water
1/2 pint white wine
sugar to taste
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Chop the apples but do not peel or core.
- Simmer in the water until tender then place in blender.
- Then puree.
- Add the white wine.
- Taste and stir in required amount of sugar while the apple puree is still warm to make the sugar dissolve completely.
- Garnish with lemon rings.
