Mountain
Rose Herbs offers a wide range of dried herbs and spices.
A simple mixture of egg white, lemon, honey and a little almond oil will whiten the skin and help to fade a stale suntan.
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sweet almond oil
egg white
flour
- Add egg white and stir in enough fine flour to make a smooth paste- not too thick, but creamy enough to stay on the face.
- Spread the mixture gently over the face and neck, then relax for about 1/2 hour.
- Rinse off with warm water.

Although all the ingredients in these beauty recipes are natural, remember that it is still possible to be allergic to anything applied to the skin. DO NOT USE ANYTHING NUT BASED ON YOUR SKIN IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY. To test other ingredients make up a very small amount of the recipe you intend to use. Wash and gently dry a small patch of skin inside your elbow. Apply a little of the mix to the skin and leave for 48 hours. This face pack does contain lemon juice so it might help to reduce the dark colour.

hey will this recipe lighten the dark spots i have left over from acne. i have tried a billion things on my face in the past week which wasn't good but when i finally got rid of the acne the dark spots appeared im very impatient

Usually face packs would be applied weekly or every other week. It is usually a good idea to try one and wait a while to make sure it doesn't dry out or irritate the skin in any way.
