2-3 tablespoons white wine
sugar
lemon peel
yolk of one egg, well beaten

- Add the beaten egg, the wine, sugar and lemon peel.
- Reduce heat and keep stirring until the mixture is thick.
- Leave until cold.
- Serve in glasses with fingers of dry toast.
