How to make fried eggs with clotted cream:
Probably a dish to approach with great caution not least because of the rather high fat and calorie content!



Ingredients

eggs fried in a little lard or bacon fat
clotted cream
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Fry the eggs until crispy around the edges.
- Serve with a spoonful of clotted cream on each one.

The PROBLEM is that I have too much stuff in my kitchen. But, I now have gotten a small china hutch from my MIL (She moved).

I am not using it for china.

This morning I moved all of my spices to the top area: I had NO! idea I had that many spices! I lined them up in the front so I could see those tiny containers, and I have 4 rows of them. No more fishing in the cupboard for the tiny things!!!!!!!!!
