1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
salt
a little extra shredded suet
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Put into a baking tin.
- Sprinkle with the extra shredded suet and salt.
- Baste often.
- Bake until golden brown.

How to make Cornish roast bream:
Bream, which is now a very expensive and relatively hard to obtain fish, was at one time readily available and economic. This dish was usually eaten with boiled potatoes.
Ingredients
1 large bream, cleaned and scaled1 tablespoon shredded suet
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
salt

Method
- Stuff the bream with the shredded suet, breadcrumbs and parsley.- Put into a baking tin.
- Sprinkle with the extra shredded suet and salt.
- Baste often.
- Bake until golden brown.
