2 tablespoons flour
pinch of salt

- Sprinkle in the salt and the flour.
- Mix until smooth.
- Roll out on a floured board until very thin.
- Cut into rounds using a saucer as a guide.
- Cook on a hot griddle or in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.
